In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

To register and maintain an account with umi55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. umi55 enforces a minimum age of 21 across all markets, including Indonesia, in line with international responsible gaming standards. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or with court-imposed financial restrictions are ineligible.
• Single Account: You must not hold, or have previously held, another registered account on umi55. One account per individual, per household, per device, and per shared IP address is the permitted limit.
• Non-Restricted Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your location before using umi55.
• Own Identity: You must register and operate the account in your own name. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Not a umi55 Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, or agents of umi55 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold member accounts or participate in real-money play.

When registering an account with umi55, you agree to the following obligations:

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number — must be accurate, complete, and current. umi55 relies on this information for KYC and fraud prevention purposes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. umi55 will treat all activity conducted using your credentials as authorized by you.
• Notification of Compromise: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact umi55 support immediately via the email address registered to your account.
• Account Currency: umi55 operates in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in Rp. Currency conversion costs, where they arise from the member's own banking arrangements, are the member's responsibility.
• Contact Details: You must keep your registered email address and mobile number current. umi55 uses these for account notifications, security alerts, and promotion communications. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay support resolution.

umi55 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its international licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. By registering an account, you agree to cooperate fully with all verification requests.

• Mandatory KYC Before Withdrawal: All members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request can be processed. umi55 will not release funds from any account that has not passed identity verification.
• Required Documents: Standard KYC documentation includes: (a) a clear photograph of a valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or SIM (driver's license); (b) a selfie photograph holding the same ID document; and (c) proof of the payment method used for the account's first deposit, where required.
• Processing Time: umi55 aims to process KYC submissions within 24 hours during business days (WIB, Monday–Friday). Complex cases may require up to 72 hours. You will be notified of your verification outcome by email.
• Verification Refusal: umi55 reserves the right to request additional documentation if initial submissions are unclear, expired, or inconsistent with registered account information. Refusal to provide requested documentation within 30 days will result in account suspension.
• Ongoing Checks: umi55 may repeat identity verification checks at any time, particularly following large withdrawals, unusual transaction patterns, or as required by our licensing authority.

The following terms govern all deposits made into umi55 accounts:

• Accepted Methods: umi55 accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Own Funds: You must only deposit funds that belong to you and have been obtained through lawful means. umi55 does not accept deposits from third-party bank accounts or payment methods registered in another person's name.
• Minimum Deposit: The standard minimum deposit is Rp 50.000 via bank transfer and Rp 20.000 via e-wallet. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Platform Fees: umi55 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any bank transfer fees charged by your financial institution are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by umi55.
• Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited to your umi55 account within minutes of successful bank confirmation during operating hours. umi55 does not guarantee deposit timing and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.
• Deposit Limits: Maximum deposit amounts per transaction are set per payment method. Members may contact support to discuss higher deposit limits, subject to enhanced KYC requirements.

The following terms govern all withdrawal requests submitted by members:

• Verified Accounts Only: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have successfully completed KYC verification as described in Clause 4.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the account's most recent qualifying deposit. Where that method does not support withdrawals, umi55 will request an alternative bank account in the member's own name.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The standard minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000 via bank transfer and Rp 50.000 via e-wallet.
• Processing Time: umi55 targets withdrawal processing within 15–60 minutes for BCA and BRI transfers during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Processing times may be longer outside these hours, for first-time withdrawals, or during high-volume periods. These are targets, not guarantees.
• Withdrawal Fees: umi55 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Standard bank transfer charges imposed by the receiving financial institution are outside umi55's control.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus-derived funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Real money balances that have never been associated with a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements.
• Right to Review: umi55 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request before processing, particularly where the transaction amount is large, where unusual betting patterns have been detected, or where AML obligations require it. This review process may extend processing time by up to 5 business days.

All bonus and promotional offers made available by umi55 are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is presented:

• Opt-In Required: Bonus offers are not automatically applied to accounts. Members must actively opt in to each promotion. By opting in, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific bonus terms.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement — the total value of bets you must place before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly for each offer and range from 1× to 30× the bonus amount depending on the offer type.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots from Pragmatic Play and PG Soft typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games typically contribute 10%. Certain game types may contribute 0%. Contribution rates are stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a stated validity period, after which unused bonus credits and any associated winnings not yet meeting the wagering requirement will expire and be forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Unless stated otherwise, each promotional offer may be claimed once per member, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times via duplicate accounts is a prohibited act under Clause 9.
• umi55 Discretion: umi55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If an offer is cancelled after a member has already opted in and met the deposit condition, umi55 will honor the bonus for that member at the time of cancellation.
• Abuse: umi55 reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where bonus abuse — including arbitrage betting, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, or coordinated multi-account abuse — is detected.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, slot, and lottery activity conducted on the umi55 platform:

• Sportsbook: Bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, Piala AFF, and other covered markets are governed by umi55's sportsbook rules, including settlement rules for abandoned matches, postponements, and walkovers. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be settled as wins for the bet to pay out.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion. umi55 reserves the right to suspend live markets, refuse bets, or void in-play bets where the bet was placed after the relevant event has already occurred but before the platform feed was updated.
• Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results on umi55 are determined by official draws from licensed international lottery operators. umi55 is not the draw operator and is not responsible for draw delays caused by third parties.
• Sabung Ayam Virtual Arena: Sabung ayam (virtual cockfighting) matches on umi55 use RNG-certified virtual match outcomes. Meron/Wala side bets are settled immediately following each virtual match completion.
• Slot Games: All slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles on umi55 are governed by their respective providers' RNG certifications and pay-table rules. Published RTP figures are long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee per-session outcomes.
• Minimum / Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed at the point of placing each bet and vary by market, game, and member account tier.
• Voided Bets: umi55 may void any bet where: (a) a technical error affected the odds or game outcome; (b) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms; or (c) the relevant sporting event was abandoned without a result being determined per sportsbook settlement rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the umi55 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal information
• Providing false, forged, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose
• Employing betting automation software, bots, or scripts to place bets without human interaction
• Colluding with other players or internal staff members to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions and failing to report them
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith following use of deposited funds
• Systematic bonus abuse, including multi-accounting to claim the same offer multiple times
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN or proxy service
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing umi55 staff members via any communication channel

All content on the umi55 platform — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, interface design, software code, game content (excluding third-party provider content), marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of umi55 or its licensed content partners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent from umi55; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's source code; (c) create derivative works based on umi55 content; or (d) use umi55 branding in any external communication without authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, umi55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failure, payment system outages, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by Indonesian banking system delays or e-wallet provider outages
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to maintain the security of your credentials
• Content or services provided by third-party game providers integrated into the umi55 platform

Nothing in these Terms excludes umi55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

umi55's maximum aggregate liability to any member in connection with any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may close a umi55 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Member-Initiated Closure: Members may request account closure at any time by contacting umi55 support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the member's verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and any pending wagering requirements on bonus balances.
• umi55-Initiated Suspension: umi55 may suspend an account immediately and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, prohibited conduct, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
• umi55-Initiated Termination: Following investigation, umi55 may permanently close an account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation, the entire account balance may be forfeited.
• Self-Exclusion: Members wishing to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request this via the Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen exclusion period.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no transaction) for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. umi55 will notify the member by email before applying a monthly administrative fee of Rp 10.000 to the dormant balance.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by umi55 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.

umi55 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and retained only for as long as necessary under our licensing and legal obligations.

umi55 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge the following:

• Gambling is for entertainment purposes only. The possibility of winning money does not change the fundamental nature of gambling as a leisure activity with inherent financial risk.
• You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time by contacting umi55 support. Once set, limits can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• You may request a self-exclusion from the platform at any time via our Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent.
• umi55 will not accept bets from members who have been self-excluded. If you believe you have accessed umi55 during a self-exclusion period, contact support immediately.
• You warrant that you are not accessing umi55 in a state of financial distress or in an attempt to recover financial losses from other sources.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which umi55 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction.

umi55 does not represent that the platform or its services are appropriate or legally available for use in all jurisdictions. It is the member's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using umi55 is lawful under the laws applicable in their location, including applicable Indonesian law. umi55 does not hold a license issued by any Indonesian government regulatory body and makes no representations to that effect.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

For dispute escalations not resolved at first-instance support level, members may request escalation to umi55's compliance department. Please include your account username, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting documentation. umi55 commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 28 days.
